    5 things you need to know about CFWebmasters Hosting Services

We are not cheap – All of our services are managed services featuring a high level of specialty needs and management.   If you are looking for budget level hosting where the company sells you space on some unbranded server with a small pipe to the internet and then just leaves you alone.... Don’t use us. We are not that kind of Host.  All of our clients are treated as Partners, your success is built on top of our services and we care too much to leave you alone.
    2. We are not using low end servers with free operating systems - We always host on the Dell servers using Windows 2008 servers, Microsoft SQL and Internet Information Server.  This means that we trust our mission critical business applications to companies that we can reach 24hrs a day, 7 days a week if there is ever a problem.  We don’t have to wait for technical support for an open source linux platform or small time sever vendor.
    3. We do not compromise on performance – We treat every account like it’s the most important one… no one can tolerate a slow website or slow email services.  Our own internal websites and email services are hosted along with our clients – we expect the best and our clients should too.
    4. We do not route you through foreign technical support centers or extensive phone trees – Almost every call into our office will be answered by a human being that will talk to you personally.  If it’s after our normal business hours you will even be routed directly to the cell phone of one of our technicians.
    5. Our equipment isn’t in a closet or back office somewhere – in 2006 we moved all of our hosting facilities to an Enterprise-Class Data center managed by Hosted Solutions. Their 5 SAS 70, Type II certified data centers are located across the eastern seaboard.  Our servers are nestled into the data center trusted by names and brands you know. We’re located with companies like the Atlanta Falcons, Krispy Kreme, Harris Teeter and Pepsi to name a few.
