It’s a shame that only 31 days a year the world thinks about breast cancer. For those women (and a few men) that are diagnosed with this disease – they have to think about it year round. For the month of October, CFWebmasters is “going pink” to remind us about our commitment to helping those that suffer from breast cancer. We are also launching two special campaigns to support the National Breast Cancer Foundation. The following programs DO NOT HAVE AN END DATE. Breast cancer strikes year round, and our support for those that suffer should also be year round – our commitment doesn’t end in October.
Add a Pink ribbon to your site.
If you donate $100 dollars or more to the National Breast Cancer Foundation we will add a Pink ribbon to your website for you to show your support. This campaign is specifically designed to provide support to those people that can’t (or don’t know how) to update their websites for this cause and want to show their support. All we need is a receipt showing your donation and temporary access to your website to perform the update. Contact us to get it added to your site today.
Upgrade to DotNetNuke 6
If your website is based on DotNetNuke and you need to upgrade to the latest version. We’ll handle that for you if you donate at least 50% of the proceeds to the national breast cancer foundation. The cost of the DotNetNuke upgrade varies based on the versions being upgraded, the size and complexity of the website. We’ll quote the upgrade – you show us a donation receipt, and we’ll take 50% off the bill on the spot.
About the National Breast Cancer Foundation
A donation to the National Breast Cancer Foundation helps provide free mammograms for women in need to promote early breast cancer detection. The donations they receive from individuals, corporate sponsorships, and breast cancer fundraising activities help fund educational programs that provide answers to breast cancer patients, survivors, and any family member whose life is touched by breast disease.
Contributing to the National Breast Cancer Foundation is easy. Anyone can make donations securely online using a credit card, or by mailing a check for your donation to thier headquarters in Texas. National Breast Cancer Foundation donors can choose to mark donations anonymously and/or in honor of a cherished family member or friend.
